Reut Schwartz-Hebron, MBA, President
Reut Schwartz-Hebron is the president of the KindExcellence Institute. She started her career as a lieutenant ranking commander in the military (was the first woman consultant to be offered a field position with a combating unit) and has worked since with all types of organizations including mega corporations like Intel, Avaya, Marconi and GSK all the way to small non profits. Reut's background is in physics, psychology and business. She is also a published author, a radio and TV guest expert and an international speaker.

Marshall Colt, Ph.D Executive Vice President
Marshall Colt is a widely-respected, award winning international consultant with background in psychology, physics and telecommunications. He enjoys over 20 years of consulting for organizations, managers and coaches in the US, Europe and Asia.
Dr. Colt wrote the syndicated "Ethics" column for The Denver Business Journal, appeared as an expert on national radio and TV and holds a "Best Consultant Image" award for enhanced performance development by the Alliance of Professional Consultants.
A combat-decorated, former Navy Captain, Marshall was second-in-command of a warship, studied joint operations at the Naval War College and was on the adjunct faculty of the National Defense University. He has founded three successful companies, served on the Board of Directors of the International Performance Group, Ltd. and taught communication skills at the University of Colorado Medical School.
